Physical Property Management
Ace Condominium Management Inc. will manage every Condominium trusted within our care to only the highest standard in an effort to maintain curb appeal as well as property values. We will work with the Board of Directors to establish and maintain a proactive maintenance program as well as complete weekly, monthly and seasonal site inspections with full reporting provided to the Board of Directors.

Administration
Our team are experts in ensuring compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998. This is especially crucial given the recent amendments under the Act. We will ensure that all Periodic Information Certificates, New Owner Information Certificates, Information Certificate Update, Status Certificates, Notice of Liens etc. are all filed properly to meet the requirements of the Act.
Each community we manage will be provided a community website for use by the community. We also are pleased to advise that we offer electronic delivery of Corporation documents (with owner’s consent) which will reduce distribution costs to the Corporation and ultimately help reduce your operating budget. We will review and address all correspondence as well as the general day to day affairs of the Corporation as we appreciate most Directors are volunteers and look for the leadership from their Property Management team. We will ensure that the Annual General Meeting is planned and held in addition to attendance at a monthly meeting of the Board of Directors. Our reports are provided to the Board no later than the Friday prior to the meeting to allow the Board adequate time to prepare for the meeting |
