Hello,
I am looking for information on the building. I would appreciate it if someone could please return my email. Thank You

1-Can laundry be installed in a unit?
2-Can extra parking be rented?
3-Pets allowed?
4-What is included in the maintenance fees?
5-We have a POD with our furniture that would need to be delivered for a few hours. Where would that be parked?
6-Are renovations allowed? What are the hours allocated for renovations?

Yes you can put laundry in the unit, pet is allowed and yes you can rent out the extra parking lot, you need to ask the realtor for that part for the maintenance what’s covered and delivery 🚚 it will be behind the building near the garbage area and renovation is allowed and I think during the day

My name is Kurt Xiao. I thought I'd take this opportunity to introduce myself and my company. Globe LED Lighting Inc (GLL).

Joe lives in at 106 apartment at 4 Lisa street.
He sexual harassment a young girl from the same building everyday and use manipulation abuse etc to her and any girls he see’s and likes to get sex and get what he wants out of it etc. He harassed a younger girl and he’s 58 years old.
It’s the same age of her father.
He’s married and his wife is bedridden and he admit he’s doing gigolo behind his wife ever since before he met her and till now he’s doing it.
That building have some crazy people and that building is doing drugs business behind the building in the parking space etc.
Not every women are like to do that kind of stuff with men and allow it etc.
The police doesn’t care for that building because it has a bad review from the police for the small stupid things that some people do from that building.
The management lies too damn much too, like fixing the balcony door etc and balcony floor is the part of the maintenance fees, and they didn’t want to help to fix the problems but you have to pay extra money for outside repairs to do the problems for you etc
